You must choose the zone that lists your delivery address or is close to it; if not listed.
  We can not deliver unless you choose and add to the basket the correct Zone from the map prior to making final payment, the shipping that is shown on the payment screen is for postage only and does not apply to any of our products because we deliver direct to you.

Your Rights to Cancel: Where the regulations apply, you have a minimum of seven calendar days after you place the order to cancel the contract, you should send an email stating that you are cancelling the contract in accordance with your legal rights. You should keep a copy of the email. If you cancel after delivery; you must keep the goods safe until they are collected and can expect to pay a restocking and transport charge. This is not an authoritative interpretation of the law and is intended only for guidance. For further information, please contact your local trading standards service.

PAYMENT: Payment may be made on-line or on the phone, to JOE WALKER HAULAGE by credit or debit card. Cheques can be posted with an order. Cash on delivery is also fine, BUT DO NOT Mail Cash.


SECURITY OF PAYMENT: All on-line credit card details are transmitted in an encrypted form over a secure server to ensure confidentiality. You will see the locked padlock on the left corner of you browser on the screen that asks for your card numbers.

DELIVERY TIMES: Goods are delivered within 2 working days for local delivery only.

DELIVERY PRICES: Delivery price will be shown just before you go to the secure server. Every effort has been made to keep them fair whatever combination of goods you choose but if you are worried then email us, and if we are worried we will email you!   Large orders over 200 tonnes please call to discuss your requirements and terms.

Refund Policy:  You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you  cancel your order before loading of your goods has taken place, you will have your payment refunded in full.
If your order has been loaded or delivered then there will be a handling charge or collection charge levied, based on the delivery charges to your delivery zone (bagged products only), the goods must be in their original containers and be in good condition.

RESPONSIBILITY: We accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury incurred if our transport is asked to leave the public highway to deliver your goods off road. Our drivers will always attempt to deliver to the required place but sometimes this is physically impossible and we will then deliver at the road side.

PRICES:  Are shown in £ (pounds sterling,GBP) and are all subject to VAT,
5% on Domestic Heating and 17.5% (20% From 4th Jan 2011) on every thing else

DATA PROTECTION: All customer details are used only by JOE WALKER HAULAGE and will not be passed to any third party.

TITLE: Of ownership passes from JOE WALKER HAULAGE to you when payment has been deposited to our bank account or cash collected at time of delivery(COD).
